I'm pretty sure Roberto De Ioris (the creator of uwsgi and lead dev) has complete faith in his code (as he should do because it's awesome).

unbit.it (an Italian hosting company) employ him full time to work on uwsgi and they use it extensively throughout their production infrastructure.

Absolutely. Uwsgi is rock solid and Roberto is very proactive in maintaining and progressing it.
