Ya I was thinking about an analogy as I was writing my other response - thinking you're gonna make your life easier by reinventing LLVM is like those people that think they're gonna make their lives easier by freeing themselves of the encumbrances of `society` (by moving off-grid to middle of nowhere). I believe they quickly come to realize that `society` was invented for a reason.
