I do. I live in MSYS2 on Windows. Can't stand VS or powershell, and I've invested so heavily in the GNU toolchain over the years that having the option on Windows is a no-brainer for me.

I use Make for everything from frontend builds (don't like grunt/gulp) to rust apps. The better I get at Make, the more I love it.
