to me the last part if the most important part. product management hasn't been automated at all, and is more important than ever. you can't just keep adding features to make a great product

depends what you're doing. if you've got a specialized agent deployed in prod, of course your evals and prompts will be targeted towards 1 specific version of a model.

on the other hand if it's just a local coding/"use my computer" agent, i highly doubt the effort in maintaining different prompts is worth any gain in performance

you might be overstating the problem. for sure there's overreliance on China which is decreasing slightly (1-3% from what I remember), but Australian exports are still increasing because of the US, India, Japan and many others

I worked with Pivotal Labs in 2020. TDD, pairing, and Tracker open all day. I kept using Tracker after the engagement ended on personal projects, until Broadcom shut it down in April 2025.

So I rebuilt the board I was used to. Icebox, backlog, current iteration, done. Stories are 1, 2, 4 or 8 points, iterations fill to your velocity, and a story goes started, finished, delivered, then accepted or rejected.

I love the simple opinionated board and tried to recreate it. Have been using it for a year and thought why not open source it.

Hosting isn't ideal for open source, but it's my cheap/free stack. Cloudflare Workers + D1, free tier is enough. All MIT, hosted at tracker.usero.io if you don't want to deploy anything.

There's an MCP server too, that's how I point Claude Code at it.

This is America though. The mere presense of a gun shouldn't involve calling the cops unless there is a bigger reason to expect something nefarious. US cops being thugs and aggressive is a known fact so I find it hard to say Waymo isn't part of the problem, they have the best view of the situation after all and are initiating the call/report of armed criminals.

At least in the US, police don't enforce terms of service of private corporations. That's a civil matter, enforced by filing a lawsuit.

If that was truly the only issue then it is a civil matter and the cops have no jurisdiction without a ruling from a judge. If I walk into a store with no shoes despite them requiring shoes, the first action isn't call the police and have the person arrested without saying anything.

Exactly. If Waymo wants to be weird and disallow people from legally or even illegally open carrying, then that should be between the customer and Waymo. They should not get to call the police.
